Our flight is (USA) Saturday. We will be home in Melbourne on Monday morning.
It has been a very long and frustrating week. We found out that we have to take a commercial flight back. It has been heartbreaking for us knowing what that could mean for Rocky, given his immune status.
It's a long story which we hope to share with yáll when we finally get back and are celebrating his GREAT health and wellness. Please pray for Rocky's safe return.
Also, no results on the biopsy just yet. They are searching but alot of the tissue gained in the biopsy was muscle.
Rocky is in great health, as funny as ever, and we look forward to getting back to Australia - no place like home!!

Everyone Arrived Safely! Still Waiting for Biopsy Results
Hi yáll, we now have a full house, had a big sleep in this morning and we are all feeling pretty good! I think Rocky is a bit overwhelmed by all the excitement of so many faces, he has been very tired! LOL Lots of play. He loves it.
No biopsy results yet, hopefully next Monday or Tuesday. Take care! Lots of love xoxox

Rocky News
Well, the biopsy went well, no dramas and the next day Rocky was standing easily on his leg and playing and very happy (he always seems happier in hospital - What The ?!?!) He is GREAT. It's nice to be back for a bit, I get to see some people I know!
His calcium went a bit low, as it can do due to the stress of the surgery, so we ended up being in here 2 nights and hopefully go home today (Friday) as it appears to be in the correct range for him and fairly stable (let's hope!).
Last night he had a reaction to his antibody therapy IV which made him go red all over, his eyes puffed up, hives, vomiting, really high heart rate, the works. They stopped the infusion straight away and gave him some drugs to help with the reaction. It's terrible to watch but I am pleased to say that he now looks back to normal (eyes still a bit puffy) and is as happy as anything and had a great night.
We are in the process of organising our flights home, can't believe it's only about a week and a half away before we land in familiar territory. We are going to spend this last week with Brett (arrives Sat) and my sister Priscilla and her husband , soaking up our last shot at summer sunshine in the beautiful North Carolina.
ps. Todays Little Fact:
I found out the Kellerman's Retreat from Dirty Dancing was filmed in North Carolina (at Lake Lure) Nobody puts Baby in a corner...(LOL)
