Have A Great Weekend Y'all

We've had a great week. The car has been returned safely, by the end we were zooming around with the radio full blast, singing songs from the 80's (we are so old!)

The man just keeps going from strength to strength, we are really pleased as we have been told all his development is right where it should be, they don't measure cheekiness though, and for that I think he is way ahead of his age group! He is getting so curious about everything and we are teaching him to wave goodbye. He's going great guns.

Today, I (amanda) met one of the other DG kids. His name is Cooper and he is just delightful. He is still in intensive care though, we include him in our prayers every night. Rocky is a month older and Cooper is still so tiny though, weighs about as much as Rocky did when he was born (3kg at 5 mths). It's good to connect with parents who are in a similar boat. We have met heaps of nice people at the Ronald McDonald House, and we met some kids there last night who told us they'd pray for Rocky. It's so touching, wonderful and heartbreaking at the same time - people who are sick themselves praying for our son. It is an amazing experience that changes you forever.

Love Y'all
