On Schedule For Operation Thymus
We've received an update from Dr Markert this morning and all is on track for the 20th. The thymoglobulin infusions (stuff that kills off those inactive T Cells roaming around) start Friday to prepare for the thymus transplant. Also, the occupational therapists visited this morning and Rocky is doing really well! We have some special exercises to keep us busy and to make sure we don't get behind developmentally. He loved it!

Hi Amanda, Brett and Rocky, it is so wonderful to read the blog .. congratulations in putting it together .. Your 20th in the USA will be our 21st February in Australia and it will be Ash Wednesday.. the start of Lent, a time for preparation for renewal at Easter.. Rocky and you both will have a special time in the "wilderness" to prepare for Rocky's new life. I will light a candle with my prayers and good thoughts at the Ash Wednesday morning Mass in Sydney. Big hugs all round, I send you my best wishes.
